O.P.I Nail Polish Realistic Illustration

Built around a detailed vector illustration of an O.P.I nail polish bottle, this campaign explores how a single asset can drive a full brand narrative. Using the concept ‘The Art of Color,’ I developed a series of promotional mockups, including social media stories, print ads, and a bus shelter display, to showcase the product in multiple shades. The campaign focuses on bold color, clean composition, and transforming a single illustration into a versatile, cohesive brand identity.

Design Process

To create the realistic O.P.I nail polish illustration, I began by studying reference photos and breaking the bottle down into simple geometric shapes in Adobe Illustrator. I built the form using precise vector paths, then layered gradients, highlights, and subtle reflections to capture the glossy finish of the glass and cap. Careful attention to lighting, transparency, and color helped enhance the realism, while clean vector construction ensured the artwork remained scalable and adaptable for the larger campaign. This detailed illustration became the foundation for the full advertising system that followed.
